商品到貨享七天鑑賞期/猶豫期之權益(⚠️ 請注意:鑑賞期/猶豫期非試用期),依法辦理退貨商品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整(包含主機、附件、內外包裝、隨機文件、贈品等)。如商品一經拆封或使用致商品價值受損,我們將向消費者就商品一部或全部價值減損收取適當之費用(回復原狀、整新費),否則將影響退貨的權限。請先確認商品正確、外觀可接受,再行開機/使用,以免影響您的權利,祝您購物順心。

  • 鑑於衛生除商品本身有瑕疵外,未拆封商品仍享有十天猶豫期之退貨權利。但已拆封 (如剪標、下水等情形…),依據《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》第二條規定,商店無法接受退換貨。
  • 已使用之優惠券於完成結帳後即為無效,退貨申請成立後也無法取回優惠券,敬請見諒。
  • 當退貨成立後,即代表同意我們的退貨原則,並接受我們代為處理發票作廢及相關的後續處理事宜
  • 麥克風套或類似耗材使用上容易沾染唾沫,鑒於衛生關係,故不採取7日內無條件換貨,感謝配合。

Products are entitled to a seven-day inspection period/cooling-off period upon delivery (⚠️ Please note: The inspection/cooling-off period is not a trial period). In accordance with the law, products returned must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging (including the main unit, accessories, inner and outer packaging, accompanying documents, free gifts, etc.). Should a product be unsealed or used, resulting in a reduction of its value, we shall charge the consumer an appropriate fee for partial or full depreciation (restoration/refurbishment fee); otherwise, the right to return may be affected. Please ensure the product is correct and the appearance is acceptable before switching on/using the item, so as not to affect your rights. We wish you a pleasant shopping experience.

  • For hygiene reasons, unless the product itself is defective, unopened items remain eligible for the ten-day cooling-off period return right. However, once opened (e.g. tags removed, washed, etc.), in accordance with Article 2 of the Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Transactions, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
  • Promotional vouchers used shall become invalid upon completion of checkout. Once a return request is approved, the voucher cannot be retrieved. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Upon approval of your return, you are deemed to have agreed to our return policy and consent to our handling of invoice cancellation and related subsequent matters on your behalf.
  • Microphone covers and similar consumables are prone to saliva contamination during use. For hygiene reasons, unconditional exchanges within seven days are not applicable. Thank you for your understanding.
